1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and subscribing to Must-try.Tokyo (operated by "[Your Business Name]", hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Must-try.Tokyo provides a paid membership platform offering curated dining recommendations, exclusive articles, interactive maps, and cultural dining guides in Tokyo for international travelers.
3. Membership & Billing
Pricing: Membership requires a one-time initial setup fee of ¥10,000 and a recurring monthly subscription fee of ¥700 (inclusive of applicable taxes).
Automatic Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled by the member prior to the billing cycle date.
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify membership fees upon 30 days’ advance notice to active subscribers.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Fees: Due to the immediate access granted to proprietary digital information, curated maps, and member data, all initial setup fees (¥10,000) and monthly recurring payments are strictly non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
How to Cancel: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard (My Subscriptions).
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew for the following cycle, but you will retain access to member services until the end of your current paid billing period.
5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All content, trade secrets, map data, text, and images published on Must-try.Tokyo are the exclusive intellectual property of Must-try.Tokyo.
Prohibited Actions: Members are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, scraping, reselling, or publicly sharing account credentials, proprietary lists, or curated map coordinates without explicit written consent. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Accuracy of Information: While we strive to maintain accurate store information, business hours, menu availability, and policies of featured third-party restaurants are subject to change without notice. We recommend verifying details directly with the venues.
No Concierge Guarantees: Must-try.Tokyo is an informational guide. We do not guarantee table reservations, seat availability, or service quality at third-party dining establishments.
Liability Cap: In no event shall Must-try.Tokyo be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our recommendations or services.
7. Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces
Representation & Warranty: Members represent and warrant that they, their affiliates, or any associated individuals are not currently, and will not become, Anti-Social Forces (defined as organized crime groups, gang members, corporate racketeers, or any equivalent illicit organizations under Japanese law and international sanctions regulations).
Prohibited Conduct: Members shall not engage in violent acts, fraudulent threats, unreasonable demands, or any behavior that obstructs our business operations through force or illicit means.
Immediate Termination: If a member is found to be in breach of this clause, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the member's account without prior notice. In such cases, no fees or subscriptions paid to date shall be refunded, and we reserve the right to seek damages for any harm caused to our business or reputation.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
